New law establishes certification for companies promoting mental health
The federal government has just passed a new law (Law No. 14,831 of March 27, 2024) establishing the Mental Health Promoting Company Certificate. Approved by the Congress, it aims to recognize and certify companies that actively promote the mental health and well-being of their employees.
